To discover the Emerald Sanctuary is to uncover a treasure of Southern California History. Through compiling and expanding the organization's archive of stories & photos, the region's roots of animal care, community service, optimized landscaping and philantrophy are revealed.

87,000 Strong

Emerald's community support was revealed through a grass-roots petition campaign that garnered 87K signatures and more than 1,000 messages of support, including local government, business owners, fire fighters, artists, neighbors, and fellow environmental and animal care organizations.

Defining the Vision

Great ideas find their way to reality by defining the vision. Working as a chief consultant for the organization, together, we defined goals, programs, ways to create social & environmental impact, & strategized ways to make the dream real.

Through creating a new photo archive and videos tours, the Sanctuary made its visual debut into mass public awareness.
